    Hello all, and welcome to Español 1B!  This year, we will be studying to gain a better understanding of the past, present,

    and future of Spanish language and culture in order to better

    understand its application in our everyday lives and gain a

    sense of cultural understanding & relativity. 

    Las Notas:

    Your grades will be formulated from the following categories/percentages:

    • Projects and Exams: 30%
    • Quizzes, writing, etc.: 30%
    • Homework/online/classwork: 20%
    • Participation: 20%

    Remember to check your Gradebook often to monitor your growth and progress!

    Expectativas:

    Each student should arrive to class on time each day ready to learn and with the following materials:

    • Binder
    • Lined paper
    • A writing utensil
    • A charged computer
    • Access to our virtual text through vhlcentral
