Parent Sign-ups for Babylon JSHS Parent-Teacher Conferences with ParentSquare


On Monday, October 20th at 3pm, you will receive notifications in your email from each of your child’s teachers to sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences via ParentSquare. Conferences are scheduled for Monday, November 3rd. 
  1. In your email notification, click “sign up”. You will be directed to the website (www.parentsquare.com) or the Parent Square app on a mobile device. 
  2. After signing in, click on the teacher’s post to schedule a conference.
 
  • On a mobile device: At the top of the post, click “Appointment Sign Ups” and simply select one of the time slots available.
  • On website: scroll down to view available appointment time slots.
 
  • Click “SAVE” when complete. You will repeat this process for each teacher with whom you wish to conference. 
 
  • Important note for parents with multiple children who have the same teacher: Unfortunately, Parent Square prevents the same parent from scheduling more than one appointment with the same teacher. If you have multiple children with the same teacher and would like an appointment for each child, please contact the teacher prior to the posting on October 16th or October 17th.
